Rectory court in Bishops Cleeve,  Cheltenham a residential care home consisting of 44 flats, built in 1987. Sizes 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom.

We provided an aerial drone inspection in conjunction with AWM Surveyors, to find the root cause of internal leaks in numerous flats, and we did find nearly 15 issues clearly for the surveying company. One particular issue was a clean hole straight through a roof slate and into the insulation.
